Thank you to all who donated to this campaign! Together, we were able to raise $1303 for Conor and his family!

Chris first met Conor when Conor was an 8 year old wrestling fan. Conor would come to all of Chris' wrestling events and cheer him on from ringside. Recently, Chris and Conor reconnected. When they did, Chris learned that Conor is suffering from numerous medical conditions; including, Coffin-Lowry Syndrome, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, crohn's disease, oxygen treatments, and more.

Conor is a walking miracle. He was told he wouldn't live past his 18th birthday. Conor is now 22 years old and still fighting. But his fight includes numerous medical expenses that are not covered by medical insurance. This has created a large financial burden on the family. The "Giv'er for Conor" campaign is trying to raise $2000 before Christmas. Chris will also be donating 100% of the money he raises at his various wrestling & speaking events between now and Christmas from his "Giv'er for Charity - Cody Deaner" merchandise sales.

All money raised will go to the Gunkel family. These funds will relieve a large financial burden off the family and give Conor's family the ability to pay for Conor's growing medical bills including, but not limited to - vehicle fuel to get them to weekly visits for oxygen treatment, weekly oxygen treatment, various prescription medications, other treatments Conor needs for his various health issues.

Chris has a unique connection with his fanbase... a loyal following that Chris has grown from over two decades in the professional wrestling industry performing as "Cody Deaner."

"Giv'er for Charity" is a fundraising campaign aimed at raising money for a variety of amazing Canadian charities. Chris Gray partners with various charities who are in need of funds and helps them raise money selling "Cody Deaner" merchandise at his professional wrestling events and speaking engagements. Chris then donates 100% of the proceeds to the charity of choice.

Charities are chosen by his extremely loyal fanbase, or Chris chooses the charity himself because the organization has a unique connection to a particular fan who has directly impacted Chris in a positive way.

"Giv'er for Charity" was launched in January of 2018.

Since the inception of the "Giv'er for Charity" campaign, Chris Gray and the professional wrestling community have raised thousands of dollars for numerous charities in Canada.
